Refund Policy for Online Application Fees

In general, application fees are non-refundable. However, a refund may be considered in the following cases:

• Duplicate payments made for the same application number.
• Payment completed, but the application form was not received due to a connection failure and we are unable to provide a copy.

Important: Please keep your transaction number for any future reference. All refund requests are subject to the sole discretion of Inspire and Creation Academy.
